I see imperfection every where. And also in almost all the bio database.
The things which I'm looking for is scattered.
Is data warehose a solution or just rearanging and managing the existing data ????
Even NCBI and Ensemble seems to lack some thing..... is that the UI or the flexibility of accessing the data ???
why not a socialized "database" with flexibility in interface ???
UCSC genome browser has that key but lacks good documentation.
